Refund / Return Policy
Return Window: 7 Days from Delivery
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery if any of the following conditions apply:
• The product was damaged during delivery
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product has a manufacturing defect
To qualify for a return, the product must remain unused and in its original packaging wherever applicable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of grocery and food products, certain items cannot be returned once delivered.
The following items are non-returnable:
• Opened or used food items
• Perishable goods
• Products that have been partially consumed
• Items not in their original condition
• Bulk HoReCa orders (unless damaged or incorrect upon delivery)
3. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
